วิธีตั้งค่า IKEv2 VPN บน Mac OS และ Windows เพื่อ Work From Home

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า:

1. เปิด Network Preferences

• คลิกที่ไอคอน Wi-Fi หรือ Network
• เลือก Open Network Preferences

1. เพิ่ม VPN Connection

• กดปุ่ม + ที่มุมซ้ายล่าง
• Interface: เลือก VPN
• VPN Type: เลือก IKEv2
• Service Name: ตั้งชื่อตามต้องการ เช่น Office

1. ใส่ข้อมูลการเชื่อมต่อ

• Server Address: IP ของ Router หรือ DDNS
• Remote ID: ใส่ IP หรือ DDNS เหมือนกัน

1. ตั้งค่า Authentication

• กด Authentication Settings
• เปลี่ยนเป็น None (หรือตามที่ IT กำหนด)
• ใส่ Shared Secret Key
• กด OK

1. กด Connect เพื่อเชื่อมต่อ

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า:

1. เปิด Network & Internet Settings

• คลิกขวาที่ไอคอน Network
• เลือก Network and Internet settings

1. ไปที่เมนู VPN

• คลิก Add a VPN connection

1. ใส่ข้อมูล VPN

• VPN Provider: Windows (built-in)
• Connection name: ตั้งชื่อ เช่น Office
• Server name or address: IP ของ Router หรือ DDNS
• VPN type: เลือก IKEv2
• ใส่ Username และ Password
• กด Save

ตั้งค่า Encryption:

หลังจาก Save แล้ว ต้องตั้งค่าเพิ่มเติม:

1. เปิด Network and Sharing Center
2. ไปที่ Change adapter settings
3. คลิกขวาที่ VPN Profile ที่สร้างไว้
4. เลือก Properties
5. ไปที่แท็บ Security
6. ติ๊กเลือก:

• PAP (Password Authentication Protocol)
• MS-CHAP v2

1. กด OK

เมื่อตั้งค่าเสร็จ:

• กลับไปที่ VPN Settings
• กด Connect เพื่อเชื่อมต่อ
• สถานะจะแสดง Connected

ก่อนตั้งค่า VPN ต้องขอข้อมูลจาก IT ของบริษัท:

• Server Address: IP หรือ DDNS ของ VPN Server
• Remote ID: มักจะเป็น IP เดียวกับ Server Address
• Shared Secret Key: รหัสลับสำหรับเชื่อมต่อ
• Username: ชื่อผู้ใช้สำหรับ VPN
• Password: รหัสผ่าน
• VPN Type: ในกรณีนี้คือ IKEv2
